+ Calculating, deducting, declaring and finalizing personal income tax.

GENERAL AFFAIR JOB:

+ Make yearly expense plan for related activities of section such as: repairing facilities, training fee...
+ Control the receiving and distributing both internal documents and external documents (fax, letters, documents...)
+ Manage and buy stationaries.
+ Receptionist and telephone jobs.
+ Translate documents from Vietnamese to English.
+ Manage scraps, garbage.
+ Organize internal events: yearly party, GSV's family holiday, vacation trip...
+ Other administrative jobs when required.
+ Gender: Female
+ Age: from 24 years old over
+ Education: Graduated from University (Priority for related field)
+ Experience: over 2 years
+ Language: Can communicate and report well in English (4 Skills).
+ Good at Computer, Word, Excel, Powerpoint...
+ Allowance: many allowances such as Foreign Language (English) allowance, attendance, transportation, housing, children support... according to company policy.
+ Probation period: 2 months
+ Working time: From 7:45’ AM to 16:30’ PM (average off 2 Saturdays per month, public holidays and Sundays according to the regulation.)
