· Greeting and assisting visitors and guests and directing them to the appropriate personnel;
· Handling incoming and outgoing calls with standards etiquette and connecting calls to relevant staff, or the taking of messages, etc.;
· Ordering and maintaining office supplies including but not limited to; stationery and writing material, printer cartridges/ inks, printer paper, etc.
· Sorting and distributing of incoming post and sending outgoing post
· Liaising with colleagues and external contacts to book transportation and accommodation
· Assisting HR in the distribution of uniforms
· Assisting HR in maintaining employee attendance and leave records
· Assisting with other day-to-day operational matters
· Excellent command in speaking and writing of English, able to communicate in Korean is a plus;
· Minimum 01 year of experience in similar position in a foreign environment;
· Good computer skills (Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Power Point,..);
· Team spirit, friendly orientation
· Well-organization, honesty, integrity and enthusiasm.
