We are seeking an Office Administrator to assit on the daily operation in Vietnam. The job is open for Vietnamese only, based in HCMC.
Manage company database and format documents.
Monitor inventories of office refreshment, stationary, etc. and order office supplies.
Coordinate with related providers for maintenance and repairs to office equipment, light, A/C, etc.
Arrange mail delivery with post service providers.
Post job ads on company website and other job portals when assigned.
Cover reception desk when required, ex. answering phone calls, greeting visitors, organizing meeting rooms, etc.
Assist in onboarding preparation: registering entrance card and parking card; ordering welcome cake, business card; taking profile photo, etc.
Assist in offboarding procedure: cancelling entrance card, parking card, etc.
Perform other admin duties such us filing (HR documents, accounting, TOB, others), typing, scanning, photocopying, binding.
Prepare simple periodical reports.
Collaborate in annual health check-up arrangement.
Support in preparation of birthday celebration, team gathering, year-end party, etc.
Keep an eye on and maintain office’s tidiness.
Other administrative duties assigned by the supervisor.

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
1-3 years' experience as an office administrator or relevant role.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint)
