Mô tả Công việc

Receptionist: 30%

- Welcome guests/visitors by courtesy, elegance and good attitude;

- Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls. Record messages from callers and transfer to the right colleagues;

- Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email to tenants/customers;

- Handle daily vehicles parking registration or cancelation from receiving the forms, provide the cards to transfer the information to parking manager on time and accurate;

- Manage Tea Lady to serve mineral water/coffee/etc for visitors;

- Collect and deliver letter, etc … for all employees, keep tracking those letters and record/report of service express monthly fee;

- Maintain office area in a good and high-end working environment by coordinating with cleaning, security, or other sub-contractors and building management. Monitor visitor access and maintain security awareness;

- Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable;

- Update the company phone list.

Administrative: 70%

- Taking care of office operations to ensure the office operates smoothly. This includes facilities management, fixed asset control & inventory, office cleaning & inspection and office fit out & renovation;

- Managing a team of several tea ladies to make sure office hygiene and cleanliness

- Follow up and control corporate contract with hotel, car-taxi card, air ticket, office equipment, drinking water, office furniture, cleaning service, pest control and express service;

- Internal & external meeting, workshop arrangement (setting up meetings, organizing lunches, conference calls, etc.);

- Logistics overseas & domestic travel arrangement. This includes booking air ticket, organizing appropriate transport, hotel reservations, accommodation booking, pick-up service, visa if needed;

- Logistics support of internal celebrations and events;

- Order, provide and monitor office supplies, stationary and equipment;

- Be responsible for logistics for the event of the company;

- Be responsible for legal documents of Expats such as: visa and resident card;

Other duties as may be assigned when necessary.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

-     Bachelor Degree in English, Economics, Business Administration or equivalent qualification is preferred;

-     At least 2 years working experience at the similar position;

-     Detailed, well-organized and able to work independently to meet deadlines;

-     You must be very positive and professional in your behavior A good team player

-     Good interpersonal skills;

-     Good in English communication;

-     Good knowledge & skills in office management;

-     Good communication and interpretation skills;

-     Good MS Office computer skills
