Mô tả Công việc

We are looking for a Sales professional to join us as an Online Brand Shop Sales Specialist. Your main responsibilities will be driving D2C business operations, optimizing product mix, and increasing customer loyalty through campaigns, CLV growth, and membership program management. Expertise in merchandising, pricing, and PSI processes is required for this role.

Key duties

  • Drive Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) business operations, focusing on customer acquisition, retention, and engagement.
  • Enhance commerce infrastructure and operational capabilities to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Optimize product mix and maximize sales potential through merchandising and pricing management.
  • Manage stock and fulfillment, establishing efficient D2C-oriented PSI (product-sales-inventory) management processes.
  • Lead and manage campaigns from ideation to execution, driving consumer visits, membership registrations, and purchase conversions.
  • Increase Consumer Life Value (CLV) and effectively operate the membership program to drive long-term customer loyalty.
  • Identifying customer pain points, opportunity analysis, result analysis, and suggesting actionable solutions.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Data Science or a related field.
  • From 3+ years of experience in product/brand/category management, marketing, operations, or an analytical function in the retail industry, specifically in consumer electronics products.
  • Good English skills
  • Good communication skills and be able to communicate across multiple levels and D2C network, including being an active member on Project Management Teams.
  • Must be a creative, assertive, innovative individual who wants to grow towards an executive level in Wave and Planning.
  • Positive attitude, reliable and accuracy
  • Mindset experience of D2C or E-com or other related fields is a must.
  • Hands-on experience with e-commerce platforms, ideally Magento.
  • Ability to proactively and independently collaborate with businesses and markets
  • Familiarity with advertising tools like Google GA.
  • Proven problem-solving, presentation skills, ability to dig through data
  • Experience in running tests and QA activities.
  • General understanding of UX (User Experience).
