To manage e-commerce operations and marketing campaigns.
To work with internal and external partners on campaign setup. To analyze user behavior and campaign data, and conduct continuous optimization for campaigns, discuss the promotion scheme and MKT visibility of platforms resource.
To generate reports and present to country manager, on topics of online sales solution and improvement of each campaign. Collect the market information/data for each platform weekly/monthly/quarterly and find the solution to improve the sales performance.
To conduct competitor analysis and market analysis with good understanding of mobile markets.
Analyze operation data for improvement, and act to close the gap and reach the sales target.
Covering the relationship with customers, pushing reach the sales performance target.
Responsible for overall sales of Vietnam e-commerce and other online channels. To make sales plan and execute the regular and monthly/seasonal/yearly promotions campaign.

• Strong understanding of e-commerce. 3+ years of experience in e-commerce, online operation. Good in English & Vietnamese, good communication and negotiation skills. sales planning, product management, or product marketing is preferred. • Self-motivated, result-driven, creative thinker and strong problem-solving skills.
