Operation Manager is responsible for every aspect of the day-to-day management of center dedicated to physical fitness.

Better public health and fitness awareness has helped to create growth in jobs within the leisure industry.

Operation Manager undertakes similar duties to managers of recreation and leisure center, with responsibilities including:

- Recruiting, training and supervising staff for customer service and personal trainer roles;

- Coaching and conducting planning sessions and performance reviews; recognizing strong performance and discipline when necessary;

- Conducting sufficient center meetings to review performance and offer direction, motivation and guidance toward achieving individual and company goals;

- Managing budgets of center; keeping statistical and financial records for center;

- Enhancing profitability by organizing and delivering an appropriate range of fitness activities and programmes;

- Undertaking administrative tasks; be responsible to communicating and upholding company’s policies, standards and delivering on our commitment to a clean, safe, and well maintained center;

- Maintaining fitness equipment; maintaining customer service standards;

- Ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation;

- Handling supply and procurement activities and dealing with equipment manufacturers to ensure that all pieces of exercise equipment comply with the required safety standards;

- Promoting and marketing the business;

- Dealing with enquiries, complaints and emergencies.

- Focusing on providing a satisfactory and enjoyable customer experience, whilst ensuring that high standards of hygiene, health and safety are met.

- Preparing and maintaining detailed records of day-to-day operations, managing finances and writing reports as required by Line Manager.

- Remain current customers in order to keep relationship to focus on sales volume and overdue status.

- Develop new customers/ members in order to enlarge market to increase the sales volume.

- Master in keep account customer development and management. Focus on volume every month to ensure hit the key objectives.

- Control overdue to achieve target.

- Establish and build strong business relationships with potential customers, partners and organizations; identify and evaluate new business opportunities to extend and develop the company's customer for driving revenue

- Other task as assigned.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

- At least 03 year experience in same role.

- Graduated at Bachelor of Business administration or economics.

- Excellent English communication.

- Execellent customer service skill.

- Execellent management skills including communication, team management, time management.
