Mô tả Công việc

OVERVIEW

Operations Human Resources Specialist is responsible for creating and maintaining the stability of human resources management system through recruitment, training & development and employee relations activities, this role will be specifically managing store-level employees within our 7-Eleven store chain

RESPONSIBILITIES

Report to: Operations Manager

1. Recruitment (50%)

· Coordinate with Operations department to identify staffing needs

· Source potential candidates through recruitment channels

· Design job descriptions and interview questions or test that reflect each position’s requirements

· Conduct the mass recruitment/interview based on recruitment process

· Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events

· Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs

· Improve current recruitment process

2. Training & Development (30%)

· Prepare and maintain training facilities and training materials

· Carry out Training Needs Analysis (TNA)

· Conduct Orientation training for new hires and perform training evaluation

· Coordinate with other training vendors/ service providers to implement training courses

· Combine performance review with employee’s needs to make suggestions for retention via internal training programs

· Improve the training process

3. Employee Relations (20%)

· Update and maintain employment policies

· Manage employee relation activities and improve employee engagement

· Manage resignation process, conduct exit interview

· Deal with all employee relations issues and maintain good employee relations

· Consult with Trade Union

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

·         Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, Law, English or related ones

·         03 + years of working experience in the similar position, experience in mass recruitment is a must

·         Having a solid knowledge of: Human Resources Management, Talent Acquisition, Talent Development and Employee Relations

·         Have a good knowledge of labor law, HRIS and retail industry

·         Proficient in Microsoft Office, internet and social networking

·         Fluent in English. Knowing Japanese or other foreign languages is an advantage

·         Communication and presentation skills

·         Interview and training skills

·         Planning and organizing skills

·         Time-management, negotiation and problem-solving skills

·         Collaboration and independent skills

·         Honest, careful and full of responsibility
