Mô tả Công việc

  • Responsible for the restaurant operation and ensure the outlet is managed efficiently according to the established concept statement, provide courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service at all time.
  • Directly supervise outlet employees
  • Manage, organize and take care daily operation of the restaurant smoothly.
  • Based on job requirement, assign daily work, take care of time attendant record, make roster adapting daily need
  • Check and supervise all opening check list to make sure all service and products being served properly with high quality.
  • Check the entire hygiene and employee’s grooming
  • Check manning
  • Monitor all machines and operation equipment
  • Co-operate with kitchen, bar to check items and daily special dish
  • Conduct training and checking wait staff on their food and beverage knowledge
  • Check reservation and decoration
  • Maintain and ensure the high quality of service, food safety for the entire restaurant
  • Handle guest complaints in properly way.
  • Collect feedback from guest and employees to improve service quality and training requirement.
  • Attend all the outlet meeting, making operation report and forecast the upcoming business.
  • Organise outlet meeting and briefing with supervisor and the whole team to make sure all information are going well among staffs.
  • Encourage, motivate and build the team
  • Control the cost of Food and beverage, updating Food and Beverage knowledge to apply and improve service quality
  • In charge of coaching, training and evaluating employees
  • Approve day off, annual leave, sick leave. . . Reward or give punishment. Make recruitment for changing or replacement.
  • Understand the surrounding competitors, our strengths and weaknesses.
  • Always complete the side jobs from the higher position.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

  • Only candidates in Hospitality industry.
  • Minimum 1 - 2 years working experience in a similar role.
  • Good leadership and communication skills.
  • Fluently English in both speaking and writing.
  • Problem solving, reasoning, motivating, organizational and training abilities.
