E-commerce Partner Relationship Management:
- Develop and maintain strong, strategic relationships with key e-commerce partners, including Alibaba, AliExpress, Temu,…
- Serve as the main point of contact for these partners, understanding their needs, requirements, and expectations.
Negotiation and Contract Management:
- Lead negotiations and manage contractual agreements with e-commerce partners to secure favorable terms, exclusive opportunities, and strategic collaborations.
- Ensure compliance with all contractual obligations and promptly address any issues or discrepancies.
Market Research and Analysis:
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics, specifically within the e-commerce sector.
- Analyze market data and partner performance to make informed recommendations on product selection, pricing strategies, and market positioning.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure the successful execution of partnership initiatives.
- Work with colleagues to coordinate promotional campaigns, product launches, and inventory management with e-commerce partners.
Reporting and Performance Metrics:
- Define OKRs and regularly assess partner performance against targets.
- Provide data-driven insights to support decision-making and drive improvements in partner relationships.
