Mô tả Công việc

FUNCTIONAL BUSINESS OBJECTIVEs (FBOs):
As a Field Partnerships Executive for FLG Vietnam you will help create a connection between Sales and Marketing teams by creating partnerships that address local needs and barter value for field and nationwide campaigns to support your region of focus.
Through your high energy and unwavering focus on business outcomes, you will be responsible for finding new partners and nurturing existing ones and extract value out of them via voucher distribution, employee workshop or bartering gifts/discounts to our campaigns. Your goal is to generate traffic and enable sales.

REPORTS TO: Field Marketing Manager

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & CRITICAL DRIVERS:
A. Establishing New Business Partnerships

  1. Work with Sales to define local business needs and create partnership pipelines.
  2. Create and maintain a partnership pipeline to meet such needs by reaching out to new partners to distribute vouchers, cross promote to customer base or organize employee workshops with the aim of generating qualified traffic and/or leads to our business.
  3. Implement established partnerships and troubleshoot any issues hindering the success of the same.
  4. Analyze performance data and find top performing partnerships to develop further. Suggest and implement initiatives to optimize partner performance.
  5. Monitor traffic, lead collection and other relevant metrics relating to the partnerships executed. Report on progress regularly (weekly, monthly and quarterly).

B. Execute Plans & Optimizes Resources

  1. Work with Sales to define local business needs and create partnership pipelines.
  2. Lead any activation or field activity relating to partnerships established.
  3. Coordinate with internal teams to execute on necessary collaterals & communication to support the partnerships established.
  4. Assists with the planning & execution of non-owned channels (e.g. influencers, third party social media) or consumer engagement activations.
  5. Complete all routine administrative functions (e.g. reports, plans, etc.) in an accurate and timely fashion.

C. Relationship Building

  1. Build strong relationships with key partners for the region under management by fostering regular meetings, updates and keeping accountability sessions to find ways of optimizing business results from side to side.
  2. Strive to establish a symbiotic work relationship with other Marketing and Business Functions (i.e. supporting team members, providing coaching, identifying opportunities to contribute to cross-functional initiatives).
  3. Participate in regular Sales & Marketing calls & meetings and contribute with your perspectives.

D. Self-Improvement & Team Contribution

  1. Contribute to team culture by sharing ideas to improve marketing campaigns, customer targeting and effectiveness of consumer targeting.
  2. Seek constant self-improvement on relevant topics that can help deepen team’s knowledge.
  3. Work with integrity and deliver the maximum quality work to help move the company forward.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • University Degree strongly preferred, ideally in a relevant degree such as marketing, business or similar.
  • 2-3+ years of experience working in Ecommerce, Marketing, Sales or other relevant functions.
  • Results driven character. Process focused with a tireless focus on output quality.
  • Creative thinker with strong strategic mindset; solid experience in concept to execution of new ideas.
  • Experience partnering with and influencing others outside direct line of control, management.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, multi-tasking, deadline focused, ambiguous yet dynamic environment with constant change.
  • Positive attitude and an ability to learn
  • Strong networking, relationship-building and interpersonal skills are imperative.
  • Demonstrated knowledge in Partnerships or similar functions.
  • Experience negotiating is a plus.
  • Ability to simplify, provide “on the point” comments and report progress in an intuitive manner.
