Keep updated knowledge on brands, products and techniques, communicate with sales team any relevant information.
Deep knowledge of brands and products carried by CFF and be able to train team members and customers alike.
Propose to customers recipes personalization to create a unique service.
Work in collaboration with Sales Manager to schedule demonstrations and trainings on specific topics with customers.
Follow up with customers and report result of demos and trainings to Sales Manager.
Send monthly report to Sales Manager.
Assist sales team to solve the problem related to products.
Assist Chefs from supplier during Demo in Vietnam
Actively research products that could be used in CFF portfolio.
Stay in touch with suppliers’ chefs to propose new recipes and ideas and implement with customers.
Is responsible of the stock in CFF Kitchen, expiration dates, proper storage, cleanliness,proper use of the tools and utensils.
Establish a budget for ingredients purchase every year.
Inform HOD and admin if any equipment in the kitchen is faulty or needs to be repaired.
Demo to be animated once per Quarter in Danang / Nha Trang / Phu Quoc / HCMC
Build account plan for each key account to make sure the volume growth
Identify, target and develop existing and potential customers which will assist the organization in achieving its business objectives through reading and utilizing market information on pastry, cold calls and business relationships.
Personally, take sales calls to customers and organizing sales visits to support Sales Team
Make sure all forecast to be done on time
Focus on product clearance, push for the Sales team
Leader on Pastry project development with Sales Manager and National Sales Director related to HCMC
Organizing on all supplier visits meeting and events in HCMC
Gather market information on pastry, report to the Manager in time for proper anticipation.
Provide and organize content in collaboration with marketing department to feed social media.

Experienced in kitchen as Chef de Partie or Sous Chef at least 2 years -
Good skills in Pastry need to have worked as Pastry Chef or Sous Chef Pastry at least 2 years
Good at Training and presentation skill
Being well organized
Speak English and Vietnamese, French would be a plus
