Mô tả Công việc

We are looking for Key Account Executive in F&B Industry who have a passion on food and pastry as the desiption belows:

  • Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets established by management.
  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities
  • Direct contact to customers, negotiate with customers to sell the products distributed by company.
  • Make quotation, create and negotiate contract to close the deal but not direct signing contract
  • Maintaining and growing existing customers, define and list all potential customers in assigned area.
  • The drive and energy to manage multiple key accounts while looking for new opportunities.
  • Building long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships with external contacts and internal departments to create a better customer experience.
  • Providing support for customers by learning about and satisfying their needs.
  • Presenting and demonstrating the value of products and services to prospective buyers.
  • Developing business in the area entrusted.
  • Introduce new products, convince customers and follow up till getting the result.
  • Customer care and sales according to the schedule.
  • Make plan to manage and develop the coverage of products on the market.
  • Understand about products and procedures of working.
  • Directly implement, supervise the performance of contracts, including procedures for delivery of goods, issuing invoices, and customers to check the quality of products delivered.
  • Receive and handle customer complaints about product quality, delivery time…

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

  • Experienced in sales for Horeca Channel.
  • Ability to interact with various types of people (Western, local…) and build a relationship.
  • Well-organized, result-oriented and proactive.
  • Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.in both English and Vietnamese.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Economic / Business / Foreign Trade /Marketing / Related field.
  • Computer skill: Excellent knowledge of MS Office and Power Point.
