ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Check purchase invoice
- Reconcile purchase invoice with operating system
- Check and reconcile Bank, Credit Card
- Manage payment plan
- Book purchase invoices and make sure reconcile balances with supplier.
- Other tasks assigned by direct manager
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
- Hard-working, careful, honest, agile,
- Having 1-2 years of experience in accounting for account payable (preferably candidates with experience
working with foreigners)
- Good communication of English, fluent in Excell.
- Can work under high pressure
- 12 days leave, 03 days sick leave
- 13th month salary, travel.
