· Provide Weekly reports of Task List and Cash advance by no later than Friday 5pm
· Provide Monthly reports of electrical/maintenance/wifi, etc of all properties by no later than end of the month at 5pm
· Phone monthly reports, by no later than end of the month at 5pm
· Membership monthly reports, by no later than end of the month at 5pm
· Stay connected online, on Whatsapp, Viber, or Zalo depending on agreed platform and reply quickly
· Stay organized and keep track of all tasks given, helping to send reminders
· Negotiate with vendors and advise the best solution
· Handle requests and queries appropriately and efficiently
· Manage diary and schedule meetings and appointments upon confirmed events by sending a calendar invite to the employer
· Make travel arrangements including hotel, flight, transportation in a clear concise document
· Take dictation and minutes when required
· Produce reports, presentations and briefs when required
· Be pro-active and make suggestions on where to improve or how to perform better to the Employer
· Arranging travel, visas, and accommodation and, occasionally, traveling with the manager to take notes or dictation at meetings or to provide general assistance during meetings, presentations
· Calendar management - coordinate all meetings and invites (zoom or calls) including but not limited to: 1:1s, team meetings, offsite meetings, partnership/investor meetings across multiple time zones
· Conserve director's time by maintaining Director calendar, updating google documents, collecting and analyzing information, and prioritizing meetings
· Phone Management: handling incoming calls, scheduling appointments and conference calls. Scheduling and greeting in-office guests
· Preparing colleagues for meetings by providing helpful background information.
· Help prepare necessary documents/presentations to be ready for daily team meetings.
· Demonstrate effective follow-through while acting as a dependable point of contact for both internal and external parties
· Make informed, practical decisions to assist effective workflow
· Performing personal errands for The Employer as required.
· A degree strongly preferred
· Female with 1+ years of outstanding administrative and scheduling experience
· Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
· Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks assigned
· Outstanding skills working with Google Suite, Slack, and Microsoft Office programs
· Fluently English communication and writing skills
· Excellent verbal and written communications skills

· Experience working in a fast-paced environment with shifting demands and priorities.
