Mô tả Công việc

  • Coordinate development of new products and improvements of current products to deliver on objectives of the annual business plas. Apply sound culinary and scientific techniques to design products with consumer/customer valued attributes.
  • Lead multiple development projects using detailed investigations, well thought out experimental design, sound scientific techniques and data-based decision making.
  • Investigate for product and process challenges; provide creative solutions to solve challenges in development and commercialization.
  • Work with other departments (Manufacturing, Maintenance, Quality Control and Procurement) to determine equipment, materials and processes necessary to produce products to maximize capacity and optimize product quality and differentiation.
  • Ensure accurate product information input to Cost Accounting to maintain the integrity of data that is entered into manufacturing management systems.
  • Assure technical requests are conducted for product development, shelf-life studies, improving/maintaining present products and competitive testing.
  • Identify and complete technical study of ingredients, suppliers, co-packers relevant to meeting project objectives and meeting Pho24 Standards.
  • Develop an understanding of standard product cost models and raw material impact to cost of goods. Design products to achieve defined margins and sales prices.
  • Complete cost savings projects. Work with Team to calculate total savings.
  • Provide support to BU Head to carry out detailed investigations as it relates to product formulation and yields.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc


  • B.S. degree, Material Science, Food Science, Chemical Engineering, or equivalent
  • Advanced degree in business, e.g. MBA with a concentration in Food Science/ Technology is preferred
  • 7-10 years of experience in Research and Development


  • Passionate about creating new products that meet consumers needs
  • Experience in flavor chemistry and/or new textured material is a plus.
  • Experience with designing and conducting sensory testing is a plus
  • Demonstrated understanding of business analytics and BI tools to convert real-time data into dashboards and business decisions
  • Experience in related supply chain business operations with operational managerial experience
