PL NTB product strategy development and management
New PL NTB products/services development and deployment
New sub-channels development
New customer’s segments identification and launch
Consulting to business lines in terms of product proposition and maintenance
Closely monitor all performance aspects of existing PL NTB products (including, but not limited to, revenue drivers, cost drivers, credit performance and operational performance indicators)
Highlight deviations in products performance and potential sources of growth/improvement and suggest corrective actions accordingly
Consult and/or give corrective actions to ensures achievement of targeted product parameters in new sales and portfolio overall through cooperation with Risk and Sales Divisions, by advising or devising jointly corrective actions
Manage, guide and provide coaching to staff to complete task, build strong knowledge and experience
Perform other responsibilities and key result areas will be assigned as required

Bachelor degree or equivalent in Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics or Computer Science. Degree from institution recognized internationally or top tier in the country of origin is preferred
3 years of experience in one of the next industries:
Product and/or marketing strategy in banking/ insurance institution
Market strategist from marketing agency
Product/category manager from FMCG firm
Proven skills in development and launching of new distribution channels/business lines
Practical experience in defining business strategy, reviewing strategy of existing business
Team management experience and strong communication skills
Deep understanding of Profit & Loss drivers and financial model
Understanding of qualitative and quantitative analytics
Understanding of Consumer Finance & Retail Banking
