Mô tả Công việc

Product Management / Marketing

  • Assume sales responsibility for the assigned territory for the assigned range of products
  • Manage and implement of sales and marketing activity to achieve sales objectives
  • Involve in planning and execution of marketing and promotional activities such as exhibitions, workshops, seminars etc.
  • Develop and implement an effective territory sales and coverage plan to achieve penetration, conversion, and upgrade objective
  • Conduct SWOT analysis for the territory responsible
  • Conduct In-depth understanding of customer needs to identify sales opportunities
  • To be fully responsible for the preparation of bids for major tenders / projects in your territory
  • Creatively plan for expansion of challenging territories and conversion of difficult accounts
  • Support market analysis and gathering of market data
  • Submit territory reports and all required information requested by management by due date

Sales & Customer Relationships

  • Regular visits of existing and prospective customers independently and with distributors to build strong relationships
  • Constantly updating the customer database of assigned territory
  • Conduct quality demonstrations and training to customers
  • Develop and implement strategies and plans to increase customer satisfaction, confidence and loyalty

Financials

  • Meet the territory sales goals and objectives
  • Achieve and exceed target in product division
  • Ensure profitability within the given territory and division

Customer Orientation

  • Ensure that the company achieves its customer satisfaction objectives at all times
  • Any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the management

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

Education

  • Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Biomedical, Marketing [LB1] or related fields

Experience

  • At least 2 to 3 years experience in sales and account management, preferably in medical device industry
  • Experienced in development of marketing plans

Other skills

  • A self-starter with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good team player and excellent leadership skills
  • Sense of accountability and strong work ethic
  • Strong customer focus and excellent presentation skills
  • Good command of spoken and written English
  •  [LB1]The Tan graduated with a Bachelor of English
