Mô tả Công việc

Purpose of the position:

  • Gaining insight into customer needs and experiences.
  • Competitor researching & reporting
  • Building on product concept that sets new products apart from others in the market to give them a unique selling point (Product USP)
  • Aligning with Research team & NPD to conduct product test
  • Planing, timing & take part in product launching, monitoring product execution
  • Tracking & reporting product performance
  1. Developing/Refreshing product
    - Planing & Timing
    - Aligning with Research team to define customer need
    - Briefing to NPD & Studio to develop product prototype & packaging
    - Supporting Research & NPD on conducting internal and external product testing
    - Launching & monitoring product execution through data work sheet
  2. Market check
    - Tracking competitor offerring/activities
    - Checking news in the market
    - Reporting & giving recommendation on improving Menu Architecture
  3. Product report
    - Tracking product performance by data analyzing using Tableau, POS, Product Dashboard, Sales Dashboard, Menu Architech
    - Defining key finding & implication
  4. Customer feedback tracking
    - Check online customer feedback every week
    - Reporting & give recommendation on improving product
  5. Meeting supplier/Agency
    - Joining supplier/agency demostration/workshop/event to learn and get ideas about product improvement
  6. Point of contact for all requests related to menu touch point
    - Managing content & AW of all menu touch point (menuboard, menucounter, e-menu...)
    - Aligning with Studio to improving menu
  7. Customizing and simplifying current products
    - Looking for machine/ingredient to simplify current product and reduce TPT/TST (Total preparing time/ Total serving time)

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

  1. Education: Bachelor’s degree; emphasis in Business, Marketing
  2. Experience: At least 1 year experience on Marketing Executive, Research Executive or similar role
  3. Work related skills- Marketing research
  • Planning & Analysis
  • Product management
  • Time management
  • Finance Understanding
  • Documentation
  • Attention to detail

      4.Soft skills- Excellent English written and spoken skills

  • Fully proficient with MS Office
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and alone
