Mô tả Công việc

Key Accountabilities:

  • Lead and drive the Project Implementation team to deliver products/projects as planned.
  • Closely follow up and take actions to ensure products/projects launched meet targeted KPI.
  • Continuously review and enhance product solutions to be competitive and innovative in the market.
  • Develop a strong team to work with Distributions/Training/Bank partners and build a successor.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Propose and implement product calendar as regularly reviewed and approved by Local Product Management Committee (LPMC).
  • Develop products to meet customers’ needs, sales force’s expectations and company’s targets.
  • In charge of training materials, take ownership and implement the first training to sales and training.
  • ·In charge of product marketing materials, sales tools, GP slides and make available for product training and launching events.
  • Cooperate with Branding and Campaign/Corporate Communications to promote new products/initiatives in a cost-effective manner.
  • Prepare materials and support for product workshop as requested by sales force.
  • Conduct post-launch review and take corrective actions to ensure product salability after launching.
  • Cooperate with Partnership Distribution to implement and follow up launching with bank partners.
  • Prepare product submission to regional office and regulators in terms of marketing/training materials. Discuss with reinsurers/operations to get the best design and most reasonable premium rate.
  • Prepare for LPMC’s meeting with regular updates, key issues and solutions.
  • Update Product Development Process to reflect changes, if any.
  • Closely follow up with Partnership Distribution on training/launching and sales performance.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

Qualification: University Degree in a Business related disciplines


1.      At least 4-year experience in product marketing of life insurance/finance and banking

2.      Experiences in life insurance sales/training are preferred.

Knowledge and skill set:

3.      Understanding of Life Insurance distribution channels, Sales, Customers, Training, Operations, etc

4.      Project management skill

5.      Presentation and communication skills

6.      Good writing skill

7.      Creative thinking with strong analytical skills

8.      Good command of English and MS software packages (WORD, EXCEL, POWERPOINT etc)

9.      Ability to work with people at different levels and from various functions of business

10.   Ability to produce results under time restraints

11.   Be a quick-learner and quick adaptable to changes.

12.   Be able to work well with a wide range of people from different parts of the business

13.   Be able to work well under high pressure

Be proactive in managing tasks assigned independently
