Receive training requirements from BoD, analyze training needs, set up and carry on training courses about product knowlege.
Design and develop training programs.
Collaborate with Product Development team to be updated new products for compiling, preparing, maintaining & updating training materials/tools for training ensure that the materials/tools always are updated and ready before performing training courses;
Design test/program to follow up post-training and re-train if needed;
Maintain updated records of training curriculum and material;
Drive behavior change by constantly interacting with Management stakeholders, monitor and assess the quality after training to improve training quality or set up re-training courses;
Build up a reporting system regarding training activities & assessment system before and after training;
Participate to set up and propose training budget every year and control training budget in line with the budget approved;
Perform ad-hoc tasks assigned by Direct Manager.
At least 2 year-experience as Trainer or similar role.
Excellent presentation and communication skills.
Keen on learning new knowledge and skills.
Ability to motivate and excite employees.
Availability to travel and visit our stores, as needed.
Good command in English.
PC skill: Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
To have a passion for Audio is prefered.
