* Our company is located in Amata IP, Long Binh ward, Bien Hoa, Dong Nai.

- Set up timely reporting system for output, capacity which in line with figure from Planning team.

- Ensure a strongly execution in line standardization projects, Kanban to optimize production workflows.

- Ensure proper manpower arrangement for production and take initative to minimize labor cost.

- Ensure all orders meet inspection plan, shipdate, no pending, no delaying in shipment cargos.

- Maintain the best condition of machine operation, cooperate with maintenance and engineering team to deploy preventive maintenance accordingly.

- Control Formula team to make sure sufficient and timely wax supply for production.

- Control IE function to take lead in production improvements and best practice in field.

- Shape right mindset for level of production floor team such as Supervisors, line leaders, workers in disciplines, production improvement and quality awareness.

- Effective internal communication in solving all quality issues with related functions to minimize defect products by corrective and preventive actions. Zero defect is the goal.

- Deploy 5S program to production, training and ensure production meet all 5S requirement .

- Ensure audit point close and cooperate with compliance team to support all document if needed.
