• Lead one project team during new product development, commit with customer requirement.
• Manage teamwork daily work include product design, engineering document build and approval.
• Regular communication and correspondences with customer, achieve project progress.
• Coach team member and problem solving in electronic appliance knowledge.
• Manage project and update status to top management.

Person Specifications

• Bachelor and College education.
• 6 - 10 years experience in Cordless product development experience.
• Familiar with rechargeable product design and relative experiences.
• Understand standard and qualification of Battery and power pack
• Skilled in electronic appliance standard and test.
• Project management skills.
• Excellent English ability in listening, speaking and writing.
• Better communication and interpersonal skills.
