Mô tả Công việc

  • Meet with clients to capture and understand their business; identify business challenges, systems and processes;
  • Develop and manage internal and external client relationships, maintaining client satisfaction, with respect to project activities and ensuring effective communication with all parties exist at all times;
  • Review, maintain and update project scheduling for resources. Including update tasks, activities and time keeping within internal systems;
  • Prepare and maintain documentation standards;
  • Work with established methodologies and processes (ie. Prince 2, Agile and SCRUM);
  • Analyse staff availability and capability to make inform decisions on workload distribution;
  • Manage team rosters;
  • Working collaboratively with services and sales team members to deliver quality support to clients;
  • Implementing ITIL standards to service desk team;
  • Appropriate handling of internal service desk systems, policies, procedures and work instructions to ensure continuous improvement of services;
  • Accountable for reducing business risk from day to day activities;
  • Ensuring that all ICT related issues are proactively followed up and closed accordingly;
  • Able to communicate affectively between internal departments, clients and partners;
  • Mentor other team members and provide technical advice and recommendations drawing on past industry experience;
  • Traveling domestically and internationally (if required).

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

Skills & Experience: 

  • Having written and project documentation skills; 
  • Good communication, presentation, time management and team oriented skills; 
  • Ability to provide post sales services; 
  • Technical knowledge of: 

- Microsoft infrastructure; 

- Microsoft Active Directory; 

- Microsoft Exchange 20xx; 

- Email and Web Content Management 

- Storage Area Networks (SAN) / Network Attached Storage (NAS); 

- Citrix XenApp; 

- Virtualisation infrastructure (VMware); 

- Anti-virus and backup solutions; 

- Network routing and switching
