Manage project scope including negotiating scope with stakeholders. Prepare recommendations for any change in project scope.
Ensure that project planning, execution and control are properly integrated
Facilitate delivery of the business outcomes to enable the project sponsor to realise return on investment.
Manage project resource accountabilities and tasks ensuring resource requirements are adequately aligned. Provide guidance and advice for the onboarding of project members.
Adhere and contribute to knowledge management objectives and processes. Ensure knowledge harvesting occurs at all appropriate phase of the project.
Lead and drive proactive and continuous improvement of Project Management standards

- Having Project Management experience (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall...)
- From 3-4 years of working experience in a Financial Services or a FinTech company with 2-3 years in Project Management of a large, multi-functional project or business.
- Good knowledge and hands on experience in business management in financial / services industry:
Strong emphasis on customer centricity and Agile delivery.
Good written and verbal communication skills and stakeholder management ability
Good relationship building and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to influence and motivate other team members to deliver on expected outcomes. Wants to operate in a self-leadership role and work closely with the program leadership team to shape the direction of the project and actively participate to ensure success.
Ability to navigate change without compromising deliverables. Growth mindset with continuous focus on improving Agile project delivery and quality control processes.
Critical thinking and problem solving. Ability to synthesise detailed data to provide quantitative and qualitative actionable insights on project and financial outcomes.
Desire to help the team continuously improve and find innovative ways of doing things.
