OBJECTIVE

- To support Lavelle team in launchingsetting up of the Lavelle Brand from the perspective of technical, production, and installation set up.

Phase 1: Preparation and Launching of Brand

- Build Product/Technical Knowledge of Lavelle Product Mix, based on VN market understanding

o Work with Sales to conduct market survey to understand what’s being offered in local VN market and what price

o Support sales to identify what products Lavelle should carry in catalogue, good, better best. Emphasizing the technical benefits

o For products that are selected, develop training documents and program to build up knowledge of future Lavelle staff

- Develop Lavelle’s Service Brand

o Work with Sales to conduct market survey to understand how competitors are providing service, identify their strengths and weaknesses. Identify how Lavelle’s service will be better

o Develop SOP for all technical related interaction with customers, including but not limited to:

§ How to advise customer on which systems (motorize, manual) to use for their particular purpose

§ How to advise customer on method of installation

§ how to develop lead time (including ordering, assembly, installation) of delivery to customer

§ Training program for installation team

§ Training program for all systems, highlighting what is the benefit of each. To train the sales, production and installation team.

- Set Up Production and Operational Functions for fabrication

o Develop SOP and layout for all technical related functions within the company, including but not limited to: Production, QA inspection, packaging, warehousing, installation, etc.

o Establish budget and identify all items required for set up, including but not limited to: equipment, tables, tools, etc.

o Calculate capacity of operations, headcount, etc.

o Monitor spending on operational set up

o Train staff to execute

- Collaborate with IT to Implement Software Management for Production, Order Tracking, Inventory, etc. And to develop related SOPs

o Sales process: Order entry, quotation, estimate completion time …

o Production process: work order generation, production tracking/progress …

o Warehouse:

o QA/QC: Inspection results, rework, tracking assembler/inspector for each unit …

o Packaging: label design, etc.

o Installation: handover to customer, rating from customer, etc.

o Train staff to execute

- For existing Customer Projects (Prime and BIM Group)

o Work with Sales to execute the production and installation of current projects

o Support Sales team to verify all technical requirements are met to fulfill the installation of current projects

o Support initial sourcing à work with BOD to source components, verify quality and testing. When components are selected by BOD. Handover to purchasing department to execute purchases.

o Monitor the progress of the project with production, ensuring that everything is on time. Anything that needs immediate support from BOD, contact BOD immediately.

- Monitor Costs on all projects and production set up, includes but not limited to

Phase 2: After Launch of Lavelle Brand

- Lead technical team for the production and installation of product

- Continue to improve SOPs in production to increase throughput

- Manage the production software, ensuring smooth functionality and reporting

- Manage Lavelle inventory levels

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

1.      Education

- Vietnamese with University Degree major in architecture, teachnical, construction.

- Candidates with experience in managing 5-star projects are given priority.

- Understanding in the field of interior and construction

- Experience in communicating and working with Real Estate developers and consulting firm

- Strong IT skills in 2D, 3D, Autocad 

- Be able to communicate in English is a big advantage

2.      Experience

-  At least 03 year experience in a similar position

- Candidates with experience in managing 5-star projects are given priority.

- Understanding in the field of interior and construction

- Experience in communicating and working with Real Estate developers and consulting firm

3.      Skills

- Good in communication skill, negotiation skill and problem solving skill, managerment skill

- Be devoted to work.

Location: Thu Duc Dist, Ho Chi Minh City (business sometime)

Direct supervisor: Managing Director

Working time: Monday to Saturday

Transportation: Company will transport employees from the factory (pickup Hang Xanh)
