Job Purpose:
Planning and overseeing product development projects at FRIWO Vietnam, from concept phase to SOP (start of production).
Job Duties:
1. Gather detailed product specifications from customer and clarify uncertainties with R&D and other
related departments
2. Define project time plan with clear milestones and phases; identify possible risks and at the same
time derive measures for minimization
3. Coordinate interdisciplinary project teams and be responsible for internal and external project
communications; distribute, prioritize and follow up work packages of the project teams
4. Coordinate material preparation for R&D samples, collaborate with related departments to solve
material shortage and delivery delays, etc.
5. Continuously carry out target / actual comparisons with regard to the project goals (time and costing
aspects); bring projects back on track; report the project status to management on a regular basis.
1. Bachelor degree in any majors under engineering or business management fields.
2. At least 3 years of work experience, preferably with 1 year of project management/coordination experience
in product development/engineering fields.
Other relevant skills:
1. High fluency in English
2. Good communication capability with a wide variety of stakeholders
3. Independent working
4. Preferably basic knowledge of project management tools and ERP systems
