POSITION: PROJECT SALES EXECUTIVE (Product: Conwood for decoration / interior design)

  • Work location: 11 Doan Van Bo, District 4, HCMC
  • Working time: Monday - Friday
  • Salary: Negotiate

1.Business vision

  • Generate leads and sales opportunities to meet Conwood Business growth plans and the sales targets
  • Identify business opportunity by identifying prospects and specify Conwood product in customer’s drawing

2.Pre-sales, sales & after sales services

  • Buid strong relationship with with key developers and architect firms to ensure high levels of customer’s satisfaction
  • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations/ seminar on Conwood products and services to key developers and architect firm to promote Conwood
  • Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
  • Close monitor and follow up projects to solves rising issues and ensure customers satisfaction
  • Cooperate with other team: Sales, marketing, technical team to serve customers

3.Occupational Health & Safety and Environment responsibility

  • Comply with all company OH&S policies and regulations
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

Yêu Cầu Công Việc


  • Bachelor’s Degree of Business Administration, Marketing Economic or related fields
  • Problem solving:

- Selling & Negotiation technique

- Good communication 

- Creativity • Computer literacy 

- Stake holders management


  • Male, 2-3 year’s experiences in project sales of construction building material market, preferably decoratitve, gypsum, fiber cements materials
  • Knowledge of construction building material business 
  • Strong selling skills to top developers, architects & top contractors is appreciate value added
