Organize and manage the Purchasing Department
Assign duties and responsibilities to each employee under the Purchasing Department
Drafting processes - regulations related to the supply of goods - materials – products.
Collaborates with other departments and leadership to identify and develop needs and requirements for equipment, materials, products, and acceptable substitutions.
Manage and conduct cost negotiations, compare quotes and overall analysis.
Manage and update the list of key suppliers and potential suppliers.
Sourcing of direct and indirect materials, purchasing planning.
Ensure the supply of goods - materials - products - services of the right quality, on time as required
Search and develop new suppliers.
Build and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors
Forecast price trends and future business impact
Maintains and/or implements purchasing and recordkeeping systems.
Administers the departmental budget.
Performs other duties as assigned.
***Working place: Lot A1, Chon Thanh 1 Industrial Zone, Thanh Tam Ward, Chon Thanh District, Binh Phuoc Province

University degree or similar level of knowledge and experience
Good English or Chinese skill
Minimum 3 years management experience in purchasing in MNC
Preferably in the Sofa Production, Furniture production
Experience working with international suppliers
Having knowledge about furniture industry, sofa production

Thorough understanding of Office applications
Problem analysis and resolution
Strong interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills
Good personality and work accurately and with attention to details
