Vendor training for QA requirement (i.e visual inspect and garment measurements,ect)
Conduct new factory on-boaring and production capability assessment
Conduct quality trainning progams and inprovement sessions in assigned area of responsibility
Provide guidance and solutions to quality issues and problems on assigned area of responsibility
Follow up factory correction and action plan (CAP)
Maintaion and monitor quality procedural iplementatiom in factory
Drive the scheduling of annual retraining/ certification of certifeid Vedor aiditors
Conducting in-line/end- line inspections for critical programs
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
6+ years of experience in apparel industry
Experience in managing and conducting in-line/end-line inspections
Experience in factory set-up/ systems with understanding of apparel machinery
Both good oral and written in English ans Vietnamese.
