Mô tả Công việc

1. Quality Assurance: Organize and control quality assurance in factory

  • Plan, control the implement and quality evaluation to ensure facilities and operation processing in factory accordign to instruction, quality assurance and internal standard
  • Responsible for inspecting goods, materials, … that meets company’s standards before entering the warehouse
  • Handle abnormal reports of product quality, make plan, improvement counter-tactics, prevent recurrence of errors
  • Control the related documents, set up documents, standards, procedure of quality assurance

2. Improve the quality

  • Require the related parties to take corrective action and prevent arsising issues that affect quality
  • Analyze problems to find priority solutions that limits production damages. Propose improvement that relates matters of materials

3. Summarize, analysize data and report quality periodically

  • Make the synthesis report of quality, conditions of quality and report directly to CEO
  • Coordinate with the purchasing department to set up quality requirements from material suppliers

4. Train and develop human resources

  • Guide and train professional skills for new employees
  • Enhance capacity for existing human resources
  • Preside over the professional training related to food hygiene and safety knowledge for relevant departments.

5. Other Tasks

  • Unexpected tasks
  • Tasks offered by superiors
  • The other tasks are compatible with the job goals

• ISO 9001

• ISO 22000:2005 - Food safety management systems

• Food Safety System Certification (FSSC) 22000

• Specifications within the Codex Alimentarius

• Vietnam Regulations.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

  • Bachelor’s degree in Food, Food Technology or relevant major
  • More than 5 years of experience of management in QA/QC Food
  • Experience in Food field (pork, chicken, beef, seafood, …) with comprehensive knowledge of QA/QC processes and procedures
  • Analytical skill for current situations and product trends
  • Analytical skill for root causes of production and product quality problems
  • Skills in building, maintaining and developing safety information of food network and risk ATTP
