A Quality Control staff is responsible for checking claims to detect the mistakes and remind users about the wrong cases which support the Claims department for preventing the errors in adjudicate process. In addition, she/he will assist the Head of Claims for some specified duties.
Checking all claims data and sending the report to the manager about the errors are detected.
Reviewing the claims to make sure that the errors are fixed
· Recording and reporting about error and TAT of the teams at the end of month
Filtering data and supporting the systems testing
Support head of claims to review and build up the forms, documents, training material
Handling other duties as assigned

College/ University graduated
At least 3 years of working experience
Good communication in Vietnam and English
Endure under the high pressure
Proficiency in Microsoft office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
