Mô tả Công việc

- Coordinate of all measures and activities for the improvement of the QM system and control of the implementation (e.g. customer-specific requirements, material specifications or tests as well as technical specifications and documents) - according to DIN EN ISO 9001, VDA, IATF 16949

- Prepare and participate in the writing and publishing technical documents.

- Communicate and negotiate with customers.

- Co-ordinate to build, maintain and develop company’s quality management system.

- Plan, implement and monitor quality assurance procedures and processes especially in the areas of development, design, product management.

- Support training in abroad, visits of foreign customer, audits.

- Manage efficiently projects of quality & ESH department.

- Train of new employees

- Prepare for customer audits.

- Analyse weak point on processes and procedures.

- Coordinate and support for process and quality improvement projects

- Implement risk assessment (support with regard to FMEA).

- Set up and manage to achieve KPIs of Quality and ESH department.

- Report to the Plant management, if necessary to the executive board.

- Assure Quality & ESH team to fully comply with company policies and regulations, ESH regulations.

- Maintain 5S and tidy in production area.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

- Graduated in the industrial / technical field.

- Joined training courses in Quality Management, ESH management will be advantage.

- Has at least 2 year experience in Quality & ESH management in a manufacturing plant (in the plastics extrusion, injection molding will be an advantage).

- IT knowledge: MS Office, Lotus Notes, ProAlpha, Böhme and Weihs.

- Leadership experience (personnel management).

- Be able to work under pressure.

- Understand and follow Organizational of the company.

- Familiar with quality control tools, quality management system.

- Has communication skills and ability to deal with conflicts.

- Think entrepreneurly.

- Analytical way of thinking.

- Careful and detail-orientation.

- Flexible and willing to travel.

- Reliable.

- Be able to work in a team and independently.

- Transparent, sincere.
