To assist patient to register new patient or to modify their personal information in compliancy with procedures effectively and professionally
To have good knowledge on medical activity to triage patient to the appropriate/ right department
Be attentive to handle enquiries of patient/ family either in face-to-face situations or by phone efficiently & professionally
Key duties:
Register for new patient in compliance with Patient registration policy
Efficiently cooperate with Medical secretary and receptionist at OPD to update patient information into system
Identify patient’s information (symptoms) to assist patient to go to the appropriate clinical department
To coordinate with Patient Service Clerk to order brochures from the store, set up and fill up brochure, remove any brochure expiry date, make report weekly.
Cross training will be located at Operator, Admission Office, Information desk and VIP lounge as assigned by Front desk supervisor or Front Office Manager.
Customer services & patient complaints handling.

Qualification: University degree, major in foreign languages is a plus
Experience: freshman are welcomed to apply, working in the hospitality industry is referable
