- Working directly with clients about their recruitment needs and hiring process.
- Analyzing & studying to understand job descriptions & requirements of various functions and industries to find suitable candidates for the requested roles.
- Attracting, approaching potential candidates, and building a talent pool for current and future needs. - Screening CVs, interviewing potential candidates, making short-list to send clients for further hiring process.
- Advise clients about market trends, recruitment tools, and techniques.
- Advise candidates about making qualified CVs, interview tips, and career development.
- Salary negotiation with candidates & clients, offering successful candidates.
- Building a good relationship with both clients and candidates.
- Be a key person to support the Manager on the whole business development process such as preparing service introduction slides, making price list, networking, and meeting with potential clients to understand clients’ needs to offer suitable service, working with clients to finalize a service contract.
