Recruitment & Training Officer

Mô tả Công việc

Job Summary: To implement recruitment & training policies to be in line with company’s HR strategies and business objectives.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment:

- Providing professional support and advice on recruitment to line and departmental managers;

- Preparing annual recruitment plan;

- Advising line and departmental managers on best practice recruitment and selection;

- Preparing job descriptions and person specifications;

- Writing job advertisements and deciding how and where jobs are advertised;

- Developing creative recruitment solutions if the organisation is experiencing difficulties in attracting the appropriate level and quality of staff;

- Screening application forms and shortlisting applicants;

- Devising, running and evaluating selection processes including interviews, personality questionnaires and various group activities;

- Keeping up to date with current employment legislation and ensuring that line managers are effectively briefed on any relevant changes;

- Running selection recruitment centers for senior vacancies;

2. Training:

- Be responsibility for developing training and development activities based on both the organization’s and the individual’s needs.

- Manage evaluation procedures to maximize training effectiveness.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

Job Requirements

- Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or related fields 

- At least 3-5 years experiences of recruitment & training work in MNCs

- Age:  25+   

- Others:

  • English fluently (both speaking and writing)
  • MS Office literate (Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook)
  • Good understand of Vietnam Labor Law is a must
  • Understanding of relevant HR policies and procedures
  • Honest, Quick response, Sharp, Sense of urgency and importance
  • Good interpersonal skill
  • Problem solving skill
