Mô tả Công việc

  • Sourcing and screen potential candidates through different channels (recruitment channel, social platforms and networking, database) to choose suitable candidate for interview.
  • Cooperating with hiring department to arrange interview and selection procedures to ensure having a smoothly interview and choose the most suitable for each position
  • Following up and consult with hiring manager to choose the right candidate, ensure compliance regulation company
  • Review and clarify job descriptions to understand clearly how person the position needs ensuring choose suitable candidate
  • Building network via Linked in, Facebook, organize/attend job fairs and recruitment events to attract more candidate from difference source and branding our company
  • Conducting the orientation training & maintain the best support to new employees to they can integrate soon into the work
  • Assisting Supervisor in identifying hiring needs to build yearly headcount plan to control recruitment activities well.
  • Making reports of Recruitments, Training, Onboard weekly, monthly, and yearly as assigned by superiors ensuring reports always on time and accuracy.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

  • From 3 years’ experience focusing on Recruitment and Training for manufacturing company
  •  Have knowledge of labor law, law of social insurance - health - unemployment
  • Good Problem-solving skill
  • Good Communication skill
  • Good Time management skill
  • Good Teamwork skill
  • Good Negotiation skill
  • Proficient in MS Office
