Mô tả Công việc

We are looking for a digital advertising Regional Sales Lead in SG/HN to deliver the Product Ads business for our sellers on Tiki marketplace. As Regional Strategy Lead for Product Ads, you will be responsible for direct interaction with our sellers, to grow seller listings, work directly with sales to put together packages and pitch decks, and provide overall campaign support.

You will need to devise training/educate strategy for both marketplace team and sellers on Tiki, oversee its implementation and assess its outcomes. You will identify training and developmental needs and drive team to reach the goal.

Through Product Ads, you will help to create a great customer and seller experience that will drive product discovery, grow category awareness, strengthen seller relationships, grow sellers business, lower costs for our customers, and help to increase our operating profit.

We’re looking for someone who puts the customer first, and is passionate about providing a rich engaging experience for the customer to enjoy each and every time they return to Tiki. We want someone who is passionate about knowing their customer, someone who loves to analyze and study data. We need a strong collaborative leader who knows how to build trust across the org to drive growth through customer and seller trust.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for hitting adoption and revenue goals of the regional program

  • Devise training sections for Market Place team and support close the deals

  • Coordinate and support related departments to organize monthly workshops for our Sellers to increase sellers joining advertising.

  • Provide feedback from sellers on what’s working well and how we match up to inform sales strategy

  • Manage relationships with sellers over time to build trust and long term engagement.

  • Ability to keep a schedule and check in on dependencies

  • Puts customer first.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

Skills:

  • Fundamental understanding of customer journey in e-commerce 

  • Fundamental understanding of common industry metrics such as Impressions, Clicks, CPM, CPC, CPA, Attribution

  • Strong in MS Office

  • Excellence in communication and presentation skills

  • 2 - 3 years of experience in relevant positions, preferable in Sales

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Economics, Business Management or related fields

  • Good English communication skills
