Mô tả Công việc

- Analyze the rental market and develop strategies to be competitive.

- Develop rental sales plans, budgets and targets.

- Hire the appropriate staff and ensure proper training.

- Monitor rental equipment and maintenance activities (scheduled and non-scheduled) to ensure rental equipment remains in good operating condition and expenses are contained.

- To ensure that the rental fleet has adequate insurance coverage.

- Decide rental rates in coordination with Director.

- Develop value adding rental equipment services and solutions for customers.

- Ensure all agreements and commitments to customers are properly documented and that the rental rates applied are correct.

- Provide various reports to Director to apprise them of business conditions and performance.

- Maintain healthy and excellent relationship with all suppliers.

- Keep abreast with the latest technological changes and new product development in the industry.
