Promote new business opportunities in Vietnam, setting marketing strategies jointly with Head of Sales. Keeping close rapport with existing customers to be fully aware of new products design, application and quality issue. Making demand forecast for materials, logistics and production planning. Maintain awareness of competition.
Generally to be responsible for the entire sales and marketing functions in Vietnam.
GENERIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Seeking relevant market leads from all relevant directories, government agency, business contact and etc.
• Writing field trip reports to transpire the market scenario, competition, customer activities and behaviour, want and needs to the group. This is vital as we are a market-oriented company.
• Assist customer with the help of Head of Sales for products design, applications with the technical back-up within the group.
• Plan visit with HQ (EM), Europe, Japan and Korea sales office for customer visit in Vietnam.
• Assist customer with the help of Application Engineer for problems solving during the winding process and customer complaints.
• Assist pricing policy with Head of Sales due to the competitions, customers' range of product and application.
• Constantly monitoring customer's order and delivery schedule to enhance we are the prepared supplier .
• Investigate and resolve customer complaints regarding product and services.
• Ensure full compliance within functions with Company procedure.
• To project the image we are the first choice solution provider for high quality fine magnet wires and a company with own innovations.
• To work closely with HQ (EM) and Company group to promote the Vietnamese market. This joint strategy is for worldwide approval.
• Ensure payments from customers are on time.
• Managing Vietnam operation to ensure compliance to HQ (EM) regulations.
• Key person for custom, government agency, Vietnam bodies, notaries and etc.
• Manage compliance to taxes with tax authorities.
• Identify and resolve department relates issues and identify appropriate corrective actions.
• Work with customers, suppliers and warehouse provider for quality and technical related issues.
• Maintain good working relationship with plants and customers.
• Manage the overall Representative Office management.
• Manage leave record keeping (e.g. medical leave, annual leave, etc.).
• Ensure monthly submission of social security, medical and unemployment contribution to the statutory body (including record keeping).
• Ensure submission of leave report on annual and medical leave to HR,
• Ensure tax submission to the statutory body on quarterly basis. A copy of the report/ record must be submitted to HR and Finance.
• To liaise with Accounting Firm (service provider) on accounting and tax related matter.
• Ensure company policy, work procedures and regulations are adhered by all.
• Holds confidential all aspects of technical/ non-technical confidential information in which he/ she has access to as assigned by the Company.
• Any other duties assigned by the company from time to time.

Product & Process Knowledge: Competent in both products and processes involved in his I her assigned responsibilities
Strategic Thinking: Ability to formulate effective sales strategies consistent with Comoanv's strateaies and growth
Entrepreneurship: Ability to identify opportunities to develop and market product to new customers
Communication: Ability to choose the communication method effectively in order to match the content, style and language to suit the audience, in order to maximize understanding
Leadership: Ability to motivate, inspire, coach and manage resources in order to keep the employees progressing towards the Company's objectives
Human Resource Manaaement: Ability to apply HR management and development practice to address HR related issues.
Education Level
Recognized university/college degree/ masters in Business Administration, enaineerina or related courses.
Work Experience: Preferable to have a minimum of 8 years experience in Sales and Marketing related areas specifically in the electrical/ electronic/ semiconductor manufacturing industry.
Language Abilities: Must be fluent in both spoken and written English and Vietnamese.

• Strong determination and results oriented
• Able to work and manage a fast growing environment and possess good business acumen.
• Proven ability to deal with all levels of associates and customers, both internally and externally
Other Skills, Abilities and Knowledge:
Computer Skills - Computer literate with good knowledge of computer software system (SAP) would be an added advantage.
Knowledge in Quality System (ISO/TS 16949 and ISO 9001) will be an added advantage.

Preferred Aae Group: Above 35 vears old
