Approved PCS sent to Sales Admin Support
Opportunity of Consumable/ spare part/ service contract on SFDC
Based on date of AWB of equipment and written transfer duties forms given by Sales people to make sure service engineers are updated with equipment available and have proper installation schedules.
Follow up/collect Acceptance Protocol and issue Warranty Certificates.
Updated and provide information to internal relevant people such as: installation date, repair status, warranty period, machine history……
Alert service engineer on stock arrival / available so that they can proceed for part replacements.
Ask approval of Car booking for service engineers
Stock in/stock out follow up.
Back up Sales Admin Support (when necessary)
SAP (Service Billing, Spare parts Consignments)
Label creation for all new incoming Spare Parts.
In charge of invoice for the department.

Certificate/Diploma in Business Administration, or equivalent
At least two years' experience in a similar role
Administrative management skill (time & jobs managing...)
Demonstrate basic analytical skills and attention to detail
Demonstrate proficiencies in office productivity tools (e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
