Mô tả Công việc

Sales Admin:

  • ­Prepare weekly/monthly Sales report.
  • Follow up and control all orders to distributors. Solve the issue with orders, contract, tender.
  • Monthly actual sales achievement calculation by sales rep wise.
  • Sales analysis as supervisor request.
  • Calculate promotion and discount margin.
  • Other sales admin tasks

Office admin:

  • Reception & office administration task including:

+ Office administration: office stationery, telephone line, internet, drinking water, cleaning, pantry, courier, working with building management for all electricity, parking…, office rental, operations expenses.

  • Control and manage Office and Marketing materials (catalogues, leaflets, giveaway, gimmicks, at storage space. Product documentation support for others departments, produce catalogues, leaflets, gimmicks for Sale & Marketing teams.

+ Fixed asset management & maintenance (computers & equipments…)

+ Meeting arrangement, tea break, booking meals, translation,..

+ Support associates in travel arrangement; booking hotel, air tickets, conferences, car rental, coordinate with Accounting for payment process.

  • Taxi/courier details receipts for department allocation cost;
  • Documentation of office legal documentations (office rental, office license, RO annual report to authority)
  • Coordinate with other departments to complete assignments related to office managment.

Purchasing:

  • Coordinate with other departments, find suppliers for purchasing, quotations, delivery, service qualification, contract, payment, and liquidation.

Supply chain support:

  • Follow process of stock/sales forecast between BU and Supply chain to work out with distributors PO.
  • Follow PO and shipment document, process until stock arrive, finish clearance and ready for sales.
  • Logistics: coordinate with BUM, Regulatory department and distributors for any product testing, local labelling, …until the stock to be ready for sales

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

  • Good at excel
  • Good at English communication
  • Having 1-2 years working experience
  • Accounting graduation is preferable
  • Honest, hardworking, discipline
