· Support sales team achieve the BUSSINESS GOAL
· Serve as a point of contact for customers with queries about products, document support, orders and deliveries and provide support for sales representatives.
· Contribute to high quality customer service to achieve sales targets.
1. Supporting Sales department
· To support the sales team with all the necessary paper work & presentation
· To provide proper filing of all paper work
· Update competitors’ structure & PG Head count by month
· To support National Sales Director and Regional Director in performing their roles (taking minutes / reports)
· Keep track of Sales team reporting schedule
· To check & count the capsules of Capsule collection program/ outlets without MR
· Consolidation of monthly FOC nationwide & do the payment for each region in charged
· Prepare the MCF Plan & Payment for ad-hoc event / CP meeting/ training of Sales team
· Coordinate with Sales Department, administer product information, process and verify all documents prior to payments, in order to ensure the validity of all contracts and payments
· Personal assistant for National Sales Director/Regional Sales Director/Manager (travelling, meeting, T&E claim…)
· Consolidate and communicate Sales team, book hotels and tickets, type documents upon request, manage sales documents logging system and file documents, in order to facilitate smooth commercial operations.
2. A&P monitoring: Maintain and tracking of A&P expenditure (accounts)
3. Special Project:
· Support B to B project during TET
· Oversea incentive trips for OFT customer (TET program)
· Punctuality in reporting to work & adhere to all reports submission timeline
