JD (SMM1) SALES & MARKETING MANAGER
1. Sales & Marketing
- Carry out regional Sales & Marketing Strategy and annual business plans.
- Manage relationships with and increase satisfaction of existing key accounts, dealers, agents, service partners and clients in the territory.
- Increase market share, market coverage and service level offered to FDI and Key Accounts to an International Standards.
- Have an in-depth knowledge of selling values and value proposition, implement suitable tactics and skills to teams.
- Supervising Marketing team, implementing Branding, Digital Marketing, Market survey and analysis, Exhibitions and Promotions activities are on plan.
2. Team and Operation Management
- Be responsible for sales forecasts and sales of over forecasting or aging stock. Take immediate actions to avoid any risks: debt, aging stock,... Coordinating with the Supply Chain and Finance & Accounting department for a delivery in full on time to the customer
- In charge of annual budget, HR plans and executing them with strong emphasis on training, coaching and people development
- Evaluation reports and performance and competency of each employee on a regular basis, e.g: weekly/ monthly/quarterly/year
- Coordinating or lead digitalisation team on sales and marketing moduls, such as CRM, call center, Power BI

Explore new industries and market. Generate new leads via multi/omni channels, develop potentials and executing market entrance to some industries such as electronics, semiconductors, precision casting, electroplating, jewelry, labware, Cad Cam, Dental/ Mở thị trường mới trong một số ngành công nghiệp phụ trợ: xi mạ, điện tử, chất bán dẫn, kim loại nguyên liệu, vật tư đúc chính xác, trang sức, máy phân tích đo lường XRF các dịch vụ thử nghiệm thí nghiệm, thiết kế tạo mẫu, Nha khoa, sản phẩm thương mại tài chính.

Analyze company current brands, brand identity and highlight areas for innovation.
Coordinate with management to execute the branding plan and ensure all aspects of Marketing and Communication activities which are in line with the brand characteristics and objectives.
Evaluate, set up and maintain systems and tools to ensure brand consistency, strong coverage across multimedia platforms.
Conceptualize and implement brand coverage campaigns to raise awareness and support marketing strategy.

Implement and monitor all relevant aspects of Digital Marketing including database for marketing activities, email marketing, website, social media, advertising campaigns, etc.
Work with the manager to develop and monitor the budget for marketing activities.

Manage and execute plans to run ads, promotions, events and store collected data.
Evaluate the effectiveness of digital marketing related activities, before & after each advertising and promotion campaign through market feedback.
