Mô tả Công việc

Purpose of the role:

The incumbent will lead the core sales data analytics to determine objectives and optimal sales and balance inventory levels, support in the analysis of the overall Vietnam commercial vehicles market demand-led movement and propose achievable growth strategies and marketing plans for the commercial vehicles in Vietnam.

Responsibilities:

· Managing and coordinating of all sales related business between company in VN and head office, the dealers and company

· Active selling cars

· Fully responsible for the sales team and their performance

· Maintaining database of customers and interested parties

· Ensuring that the order and delivery process runs smoothly

· Ensuring that all sales tools are available

· Preparation of mid- and long-term sales volume planning (demand projections, quota confirmations).

· Internal and external reporting (sales performance report, order intake and retail planning, retail and wholesale forecast,..).

· Preparation of presentations for international and national conferences and meetings

· Interaction with all internal divisions (After Sales, Marketing, Finance) of company.

· Dealer Network Development - preparation and implementation of studies and concepts to develop the Cars Business and to expand the Dealer Network.

· Preparation of annual business plan for Sales.

· Retail price and margin positioning

· Translating documents

· Ensuring that the yearly sales standards are kept to or exceeded

· Recruit, coach, motivate and manage department member.

· Other additional assignments and projects

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

  1. University degree, MBA degree is a plus.

  2. Minimum 5-year experience in automobile sales and marketing with 4-year experience at management role in sales

  3.   In-depth knowledge of the automotive industry in Vietnam

  4. Good knowledge of the automotive industry in the region and the world trend.

  5.     Good at strategic thinking, analyzing, forecasting, planning and managing.

  6.    Good at leading and organizational skills, social knowledge/relation, interpersonal skills, high team-work spirit.

  7. Good at written and spoken English, PC skills.

  8.  Be confident and able to work independently, ability to work under high pressure, willing to travel heavily

  9. Can working at 3 places: Danang, HCMC, Hanoi
