The Sales Coordinator is a critical position that enables the Sales Team and its management to achieve their business objectives by providing support with customer and commercial documentation and by coordinating with other company departments in Vietnam and Headquarters for correct execution of both pre-sales and post-sales actions. The Sales Coordinator is responsible for enforcing adherence to the company sales rules and guidelines, administration of customer data in CRM systems (Salesforce) and compiling sales data, analyzing it and generating reports. In addition, the Sales Coordinator supports the day-to-day needs of the Sales Team.
- Contract base ( includes new sales into contract base, coordindate the annual contract renewal process, coordinate software evolution campaign with other departments)
- Installed base ( search for information by any available means, coordinate and ensure the installed base follow - up from subssidiary customers with several departments, update information in Oracle according to corporate quidelines and the day-to-day subsidiary activities
- Daily contact with several departments in France for both contract base and installed base
- Ad-hoc support to line manager
