Technical Sales Executive/ Chuyên viên Kinh doanh Kỹ thuật/ B2B
*Job Goal: Business Development for specific key accounts and targeted market segments, according to the agreed sales plan, in order to increase sales and retain the margin objectives.
Formulate the yearly sales plan for own (potential) accounts in order to give direction to the business activities and set clear priorities, within the frame of Barentz strategy
Introduce new and/or existing accounts to product from the Barentz product portfolio in order to stimulate start of new projects on customized solutions.
Contribute to the formulation and execution of the yearly marketing plan with regard to specific region and key accounts, in order to support an optimal positioning of the company and its solutions within the region.
Create and follow up new business opportunities at new or existing customers in order to increase sales and expand business.
Key Account management
Manage and expand relationship with existing (key) accounts in order to act as a business partner, strengthen intimacy and create new business opportunities.
Product and market knowledge
Pro-active development of product and market knowledge and share this information with the regional and international sales team in order to realise a consistent market/customer approach.
Pro-active networking with business partners at all levels of the organization in order to develop market knowledge, customer intimacy, and Vitablend awareness.
And other jobs may be assigned by the authorized personnel.
- Degree in Food science, Food Technical or Chemistry/ Biochemistry
- At least 3 years of working experience in food / food ingredients business in a technical sales role, esp. Beverage industry
- Good communication skill (both English and Vietnamese)
