Mô tả Công việc

Objective of Job/position:

We are looking for passionate people who love travel, service minded, engaged sales person who is willing to join us in Hanoi and working as the local supporter for our German offices.

The person will coordinates with regional offices regarding all requests to provide outstanding customer service including information on Sens Asia Product and travel destinations, to promote Sens Asia brand and generate sales

We are willing to educate junior staffs and giving on the job training as long as you are willing to take the challenge, working hard to growth with us.

- Vietnamese

- Support German Travel Consultant in Germany to consult clients on program and tour pricing

- Making tour proposal in German
- Support Website team to update website products ( upon request)
- Update pricing system, annual tariff, and refresh product to match with German market demand

- Consult directly to German clients, close sales. Doing customer care, follow up with clients before, during and after trip

- Able to work under high pressure and overtime
- Want to work as part of a small team with a desire to succeed, willing to learn, flexible


- Graduated university, majored in Tourism, Hospitality, English...
- Excellent in German (both speaking and writing skill)
- At least 1 year experience at the same position
- Fluency in Microsoft Office, efficiency Computer skills

- Flexible and able to work with changing priorities
- Effective negotiation skills and close deal skills
- Willing to work overtime and under high pressure.
- Hardworking, enthusiastic and responsible.
- Experience working with travel software is a plus
