· Work with customers, agents in Hanoi and the northern region
· Build a business development plan
· Build up Sales team & management
· Coordinate work with sales department in Thailand, report directly to Thailand
· Manage orders with the factory, import goods to Vietnam, deliver to customers and control inventory
· Having experience of sales
· Experience in managing & operating a sales team
· Can build a business strategy
· Fluent English & Japanese intermediate
· Experience in sales of consumer goods or protective equipment such as helmet, safety shoes is preferred
