Mô tả Công việc

The new opening Services Apartment - Citadines Central Binh Duong (located at Binh Duong Ave., Hung Loc quarter, Hung Dinh ward, Thuan An town, Binh Duong province.) is looking for the suitable candidates for the following position:

Marking an average of 8 to 10 sales call a day and mainly in charge to bring guests to the Citadines for site inspection. To sell apartment leases of Citadines

1. Consult daily with Sales&Marketing Manager concerning the corporate accounts and how they relate to the sales success of the apartment

2. Effective merchandising, prospecting, solicitation, site inspection, booking of business and promotion for Citadines

3. Will be the primary person responsible for leasing long-term & short-term guests

4. To update information of corporate accounts in town and new comers or new projects every month

5. Periodically contact clients to update the information which is necessary for business

6. Initiate prospecting and solicitation of new accounts in the corporate territory; manage current accounts to maximize apartment nights

7. To be responsible for administrative efforts necessary to perform these tasks

8. Must supply daily sales reports supporting productivity standards

9. Review availability of unit and research any alternative which should be offered. The units presented to maximize occupancy and rate

10. Negotiate with clients the rates, terms which will satisfy both benefit of client and Citadines

11. Upon receiving signed contact, forward to Sales Manager for definite booking and alert all concerned department

12. Periodically contact client while in-house to be certain all is in order and going well

13. Conduct and exit interview with client to determine level of satisfaction and ask for introducing business

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

1. University graduated

2. Minimum 2 years experience in hospitality industry

3. Knowledgeable of Ho Chi Minh City and Binh Duong market and competition

4. Outgoing personality, confident, good organizational & people development skills

5. Good spoken English

6. Good knowledge in use of computers (Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.).
